Inferno Hot Room Pilates

Join us at the The Hot Room Downtown – 305 E. New York St. Inferno Hot Pilates is a powerful hour long class incorporating High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Pilates exercises. Burn calories and create long, lean muscles.

Investment: $20. Students may bring their own mats and towels however, mat and mat towel rentals are available for $2 each.
